Both teams have 2 open scholarships. I have an idea of what I need to recruit, but wanted to get others opinions.
What is the most glaring needs on each team.  It looks like DEF is #1 priority on both.  What do you all think

chaminade needs a scorer... not one scorer in the soph/fr class, that has to come first (got to get a guy who is really good at offense so he can carry a lot of load, hes going to need to, or else your offense is going to be in bad shape).

ohio valley looks like 2 rebounding type bigs, man you are gonna get wrecked on the boards with the so/fr classes you have there.

You don't like Vladimir?  Also Lamon is blue SP, BH, and PER?
With Ohio Valley I'm trying to run with 4 guards or 3 guards and SF, I want to recruit a high reb SF to play at the 4. Your right I definitely need another C with High REB and BLK since Stewart is graduating

I'd say perimeter and interior defense for Chaminade.  Your guards are kind of weak defensively, and although Abdul is a good shot blocker, I don't think it completely offsets his low defense rating.  Definitely would be worse if you played Man though.  Also, your overall passing is pretty mediocre for the offense you're running.  I'd want my SG's especially to have a bit higher pass rating.  But that's just my personal preference when running motion.  I wouldn't say any of these needs are "glaring" though.
Ohio Valley definitely has a glaring need for big men.  No clue how they aren't tiring out late in games playing a fastbreak offense.  I would definitely consider interior depth to be a glaring need for that team.

vlad grew so little over a season that is almost done, im assuming hes roughly capped out in spd/per/bh. his current ratings, i guess he can definitely contribute to scoring, but definitely not a lead scorer type.

lamon does sound like a real scorer though, so you might be fine there. i was not expecting him to be blue in those when his growth in them is not that great. i guess his WE sucks and he doesn't play. his per is only +2... i guess the others at +5, i could see being blue, but that kind of surprises me. why is his overall growth so terrible this season? maybe your practice planning needs some adjustment to funnel more time into the blue categories, especially when they are ultra important ones like spd/per/bh on your eventual lead scorer...

Lamon is a freshman so he didn't play much. His WE is 30 so not much growth. He will be playing more next year now that his iq is up. I'll try bumping categories up. I had per at 16, bh 15,

Ok, thanks for input. I will look at higher pass ratings more in my sg. I usually look for per, sp, bh in sg and sp, pass, def, ft in my pg.
I know my Ohio valley team is a mess, but yeah big man with high reb and def and sf with ath, sp, reb, def
