I have seen it say declined "xxx" on a recruit history when nothing was declined, but not this specifically. Without mail history you won't be able to report much, but see what they say.
When you rescind a scholarship it will say declined in the recruit history where the offer is for instance, even though it wasn't declined - I've had CS say this was an indication the player rejected the offer, when in fact it was a player I had been considering who I decided to drop...but I can't find the ticket...
that is definitely true, but scouting trips, there is nothing to reject... there's no offer, no promise to meet up, you just show up at one of his games. the theory here has always been it cant be rejected because the other guy literally has no way to reject it.
