Okay, here’s how Round Four is going to go:
Going back to 1992, I divided the past 24 years into twelve two-year tandems and put six in each of the two leagues. I then took the six best teams (as per number of Wins during those two years) and listed them in each group. This way, even the person picking last will have three teams to choose from for his selection - whichever division he ends up being in. Here's how the two leagues are made up:
LEAGUE ONE:
92-93
Chicago White Sox
Toronto Blue Jays
Atlanta Braves
Montreal Expos
Baltimore Orioles
San Francisco Giants

There's no A.L./N.L. split this time - both leagues are lumped together. Owners with two teams in either league must have one team on the N.L. side and one on the A.L. Side. Obviously, the two owners who will have three teams in a league will have two on one side and one on the other. We just need to make sure that the two on the same side aren't in the same division.
The Drafting of tandems will be in the draft order that will be posted in each of the two league threads that I will start once I receive everyone's league preferences.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*Clones: YES - WE'RE GOING TO MAKE THIS INTERESTING!
*Waiver Wire: No
*Trades: No
*A.A.A.: No.
*Designated Hitter: Yes.
*Injuries – Turned Off.
*CAP – $110M.
*Stadium – All teams will use a stadium that their franchise used during one of the two seasons in which your team is made up of.
Who Moves On?
Once Round FOUR is complete, the owners who own the eight playoff teams in each league will earn a spot in Round Four. 8 x 2 = 16 spots. That leaves 8 spots to fill. The final 8 spots will be awarded to the teams who had the most wins across the 2 leagues (who didn't make their league's playoffs). The tie-break (should it come into play) will be (1) Most Home Wins.
