This league will draft after the 52 and ODL are completed.
Updates:

-draft order will be using the NY lotto
-Round 1, is just like the 52, ODL, and SSDL. After round 1, you will have 1 player on your team.
-Round 2, is just like the 52, ODL, and SSDL. After round 2, you will have 2 players on your team.
-Round 3, is just like the 52, ODL, and SSDL. After round 3, you will have 3 players on your team.
This is where things get different.
-Round 4, is the clone round. This round is picks cloned. YOU CAN NOT PICK A PLAYER THAT HAS BEEN DRAFTED. We aren't cloning Dwight Howard, does not matter if you drafted him in the 1st round. After round 4, you will have FIVE players on your team.
-Round 5, you select 2 different undrafted players, much like round 6 in the 52, ODL, and SSDL. After round 5, you will have 7 players on your roster.
-Round 6, is just like round 5. After round 5, you will have 9 players on your roster.
-Round 7, Select 3 players. After round 7, you will be done drafting and have 12 players on your roster.
-Talking about undrafted players is ENCOURAGED in this league.
- I think i'm still not doing a good enough job explaining the 4th round. Chris Mullin was the first player taken in the last 52 league. In this league, you are required to clone the player you take in the 4th round. This is done because unlike the SSDL where there are several different LeBrons, Wilts, and Stocktons, this league is going to put a spotlight on "forgotten" player, i.e.Chris Mullin.
