Conflicting FSS and scholarship message? Topic

FSS says he is leaning to play towards the other team although I got the scholarship message "I hate how they make us wait I can't wait to sign!"... Which do I believe? Are FSS updates delayed or at certain times?

FSS (WOTS) only comes out twice a day (shortly after 2 am and 2 pm eastern)
