Just a random observation here. In Crum I coach Tennessee. Last season I made promises to 2 guys, didn't keep the promises, and they transferred (which I was happy about). In the 9 seasons I've only had 3 guys transfer and the last time was 4 (maybe 5)seasons ago. Anywho, my rep dropped from A to a B- after this past season. Jobs opened today and because of the huge rep hit I'm only qualified for B Cincy and D+ Fresno St.

Here's the random part. When I said those were the only jobs I was qualified for I meant in ALL of D1 and ALL of D2. Do Cincy and Fresno randomly have lower standards than all other programs, including D- ones?!? Not complaining at all, just another weird quirk built into the jobs logic.

No idea, it seems odd to me. Maybe it is not specifically those two schools all the time, but randomly some schools are easier, based on things like the last time a human coached them, the conference they are in (both of those are Big6 jobs).

For the record, I am qualified for Fresno State and not Cincinnati in Crum .. and I am also qualified for many other Div-1 schools (The best is C+ Bulter). Fresno State is the only Big6 job I qualify for (my reputation and loyalty are both A+): hughesjr Crum. I have not coached in Div-1 in that world.

I guess maybe some schools either randomly or always are OK with bad Reputation scores if the prestige is OK, while others are not?

I remember tj saying something about tark coached schools had lower reps. I dnot know what cinc did to deserve a lower rep

I didn't know about Cincy but Fresno and UNLV apparently have no "reputation" requirements. Also the IVY's (at least the real IVY's) require spotless I think.

Well, whatifsports is in Cincy .. so that might be an easter egg :)

and Cincy graduated roughly 0% of it's players under Huggins.....

Yep, you need A+ reputation for all Ivy League schools. Possibly A+ loyalty as well but not 100% sure on that one.

I wish there was some sort of quirk where the IVY's required a minim HS GPA but had the equivalent of an A+ prestige for those kids.

It would be awesome if this guys considering list was Alabama, UCLA and Princeton.
