I'm looking forward to a good year. Also, Dr. Jared Mahoney wanted me to remind you that your reputation is not only a reflection on you, but also a reflection on our school. He doesn't want to see you do anything to hurt your reputation this off season.

Even though my prestige jumped a bit. Had another winning season. Is this a new letter?

Have you cut a bunch of guys recently or had some transfer? I think this letter has more to do with your reputation (which is listed as "ok") than your success as a team.

I got the perfect storm, I cut a guy 2 seasons ago and a guy transferred before last season. Would have thought that I would have received the letter at the end of last season at the latest. My rep even moved up a bit last season after that happened.

be sure not to cut anyone else or **** someone off so they quit. You can get fired for that, I think - I got one of these way back when - and then I forgot the details, posted about something and coach billy g called me out coz he remembered what I didnt about having cut a kid (and also got caught with booster gifts - so this was some time ago)...
