Just a thought, and a hope, that the scouting 'beta test' will be longer and more comprehensive than the engine update test. I get that a lot of the engine being updated could simply be tested by running large amounts of data through the simulator and seeing what results came out and retweaking it. By its nature, however, I don't think you can do that with recruiting. We are going to need to actually run some recruiting cycles completely. Figuring out budgets and appropriate recruiting values - can only be done by repeatedly trying and getting feedback, and on a big change it needs to be equally extensive testing.
