Position Player Fatigue Topic

Can anyone provide any advice on how to handle player fatigue in regard to position players? Generally I let them dip to 98% and sit them out until they are back at 100% but it seems like after the first drop from 100 they fatigue faster. This is all probably normal but wondering if there is any general strategy how to handle it? Also does having a position player DH for a game help improve at all?

I've heard that DH'ing does NOT help reduce fatigue, which is weird because you think it clearly would. All you can really do is give guys periodic rest throughout the year to keep them at 100% (or close) as long as possible. Guys 80+ durability can you usually play 150+ games and keep them around 100%. 75-ish durability and more like 135-145 games.
