I spent 20m on scouting. I saw what I thought was a hall of fame, once in a generation kind of bat.

anyway, here are current ratings: 56 contact, 74 power, 45/51 VL/VR and 70 patience.

18 years old. Projections 88/97/86/76/98. Any thoughts about how close he can get?

Lot of different factors at play. I'd say 80 contact, 90 power, 60 VsL, 75 VsR. You still did very well. What is the current eye and health?

Sorry I meant 70 batting eye not patience. Health is 83. I'm trying to figure out how far off from projections he's really going to end up

Like I said, it'll vary on a lot of things but I'd say you can add on another 15-22 points for contact, VsL, VsR and batting eye. Power should get another 8-15 points.

also depends on the coaching he gets. the better the coaches, the closer he'll come to projections
