I think my Greensboro team might be able to make a solid NT run this season. I would like to know if you guys have any suggestions for me before the season starts tomorrow morning. Thank You all!

Looks like a team that could make the nt, but I don't think you will win many games in it. What do you think is your teams strength? Other than high iqs nothing jumped out at me. I really think you could use a high pass pg ( like 65+) and maybe one more perimeter scorers.

I think I have very good guard play from Kerr and Magnuson and good depth with my big men and small forwards.

If you do make the tournament, it will be from running the press off your defense, athleticism and speed. As trentonjoe mentioned, the passing is a concern, in addition to the one perimeter shooter.

I agree that the passing is very poor, I had 0 contributors leave this team and we were very successful last season, I think we should hopefully
make the sweet 16

I'm surprised you actually went 8-8 in that conference with those coaches last season. Your roster looks like a borderline tournament team to me, but winning 18 games and 8 in that conference tells me you're doing some nice coaching.

hopefully the schedule doesn't hold you back I wouldn't expect you to lose that many games, but you lost 8 in conference last season and have 4 tough games in non conferences. At a certain point it's better to have more wins than a super tough sos, there is some coaches I see that schedule poorly and it hurts them a lot.

Passing will hold that team back. I would think press teams will be really tough on Greensboro this season.

My triangle team is: 5,5,1,1,1,1,1,1 and the rest 0

IMHO one needs at least 2 PGs with 60+ passing on every team. You do have good DEF and good SPD and good STA. That is a good defensive team, but you will have lots of turnovers. As someone else in the thread stated, you will go as far as the defense takes you. Your team will also shoot a lot of free throws. So, you can win ugly games ugly. This team can certainly win some games.. Not my kind of team though.
