I figure I can't be the only one, so here goes...

Last night I had a dream that I had my real life team at a tournament and we were getting ready for competition. As the kids were warming up, I naturally got online to check out the opposing team's ratings and stat categories to try and determine the best match ups to exploit. I could see all of my opponents' potentials...red, black, blue. Admittedly, this is weird enough already, but keep in mind that I don't coach basketball in real life. I coach debate. The competition we were preparing for was a debate tournament. It got stranger from there, but for non-HD reasons (the dream eventually ended with a tornado descending upon the school and blowing the roof off the place and me waking up in bed with my pulse racing...)

Like I said, I figure I certainly can't be the only one who, over the years, has obsessed with this game to the point it invades his subconscious. So here you go -- 'fess up and have some fun. Let's hear your HD dreams. And I'll go find that business card I have somewhere for the HD addiction program...

I was on a recruiting visit once in South Carolina. The recruit's family had me over for dinner. His mom, who was a large, loud woman, made meatloaf. Once the food was gone, we got down to business. I said, "Listen, the meatloaf was dry, but your son has a ton of blues. I would love for him to play for me."

He didn't want to sign.

i used to occasionally try to go to bed before 2am games simmed, during the NT, when i was a hopeless HD addict. i would usually dream about the NT game multiple times that night, almost always losing, but on rare occasion, winning. eventually i just gave up on ever getting to bed before 2am because it was too frustrating. one time i dreamed that i stayed up and watched and i lost and the next morning i really thought i did, it took a few hours before i questioned it and checked and id won! never had a dream with a tornado though, or a recruiting visit, or anything remotely interesting like that... only just dreams about (losing) NT games.

Look up dream definition of a hobby you play. Try to write down what happen in the dream and then look up the definition of it.

I dreamt one time that I was really battling for a program changing recruit and when I went to my "office" and checked my e-mail there was one titled "Shhh-Bang". I signed him shortly thereafter.

similar thing happened with a NC game, I woke up early at like 4:30 to go to the bathroom and figured I was up and might as well check and in my daze I read the box score wrong thinking I had lost and was pretty ****** and didn't realize I had won until a few hours later when I actually got up which was quite nice, however that wasn't really a dream.

But yeh we don't need to uh talk about how often HD ends up occuring in my dreams.

I onced dreamed I was the monstars and sucked all the talent from jsajsa, billy, and aejones becoming the ultimate HD player, never losing another game and won every NC. Then I woke up and wished I could have more exciting dreams like being able to fly or something, not winning an online computer game.
