Any one help with the future budgeting of scouting for a new owner. I currently have three teams and first one just finished its season and second just had Amateur Draft. Now everyone here knows that new owners have limited budgets with scouting in mind. At what dollar point does everyone see the best/most accurate before and after draft results that the two (before/after) most line up accurately?

The answer is going to be 20m but I'm OK with 16m results. I've missed on a few but, overall, it works. And, if you want to bump to 20m for a season, you can.
