Theonly is right. You need to play more seasons and get to the NT more consistently. But my advice is stay DII until you get the job you want at D1. Once you hit D1, it's a mess. The job logic is not taking what you have done before getting to your new job into consideration. At La Salle, for example, at B-, I don't even qualify for a lesser job at C+ in say the Big Sky, a low-end conference.

so 3 str8 DIA NT's with 2 wins doesnt equal a midmajor "C" team?

I was being sarcastic, he should qualify for C Xavier after 3 straight NT seasons including a S16, ideally in my mind he'd be ready to jump to Big 6.

Figured my record of hatred towards the job system gave that away.
