Should we just post in every conference chat at the D3 level to make sure the new coaches know about the forums so we can all help them out?

Would've been nice if WIS let us know ahead of time I would've worked on my FAQ a bit more in preperation.

you should post their ranking on the dynasty list (customize the message for each person, i'm sure you have that kind of time ;) to motivate them to do better!
