I know this is probably a tough answer to specifically quantify, but how much do you factor in IQ when deciding who to start? I have some pretty crappy guards coming back to my DI Texas Southern team next year, so I was thinking about going the JUCO route. Let's say I get someone who is clearly a better player, but has no experience in my offense or defense. Would you be at all leery of playing that guy right away? I've had this situation once or twice in the past and usually waited until the guy gets to about a C before putting him in my starting lineup, but I don't know if I'm wasting time doing that. Also, do you put more emphasis on IQ for your point guards (especially offensive IQ)?

I figure a letter to be worth 5-7 points of attributes. I haven't noticed PG IQ to be more important.

Thanks, Trenton. I'll keep that in mind.
