How do I leave a team that I picked for the next season coming up? The Eligible refund thing is not working.

Not sure you can if it is only a second season. There are things you can't do if you don't commit to a second season (FSS is one), so you may not be able to get back that commitment. I would think the only way to try would be to open a trouble ticket.

I think he may be talking about the New England team because Phelan has not finished the renewal process yet.
