If a player has a work ethic in the low teens and is a starter his freshman year (and for the rest of his career), approximately how much could his WE increase throughout his career?

I had a guy that started at 16 WE (not as low as you are talking) but he got to 42 WE by the end of his career with 4 yrs starting every game. Improved just over 200 total points for his career (started with 8 high potential categories...2 were low potential when he graduated, the rest still had average potential remaining).

This guy started with 13. I redshirted and then he's started every game. 10 games in to his senior season.
