I am at a D3 school with a lot of recruiting cash. i found a D2 recruit who i really want. he is currently being considered by a D2 sim. I tried the 10 scouting trips + scholarship to pull him down. He didnt consider me. so i spent 10 more scouting trips on him. in addition to responses to scouting trips numbered 11-20, he also sent this email:


"Coach, I'm really on the fence right now - there are a couple of other schools I really like right now too. I can't decide just yet.

<<recruit name>>"

that would make me think he's dropped down... however, when i go to the search page, he is still listed under D2


So, is he dropped down to the point where i can recruit him normally?

I would say he is recruitable now. Send a couple CV he wont accept them if he is not recruitable. I believe I had a similar situation recently and sent unnecessary SV.

Yes, he's pulled down and you can recruit him normally.
