Welcome back. You've got a tough situation, because your 6 returning players are pretty bad. (Cunningham is pretty good, and it looks like Jones and Fort have some upside.) I think you've got a few choices for how to proceed:
1. Try to even out your classes. Recruit 2 JUCO juniors (ideally one big man and one point guard), and 4 freshmen. Redshirt one of the freshmen and by next season, you'll have pretty even classes. And the 2 JUCOs can start immediately at positions where you desperately need help.
2. Do a complete teardown, and build up to two super-classes. Rescind the 2-3 worst of your underclassmen, recruit 5-6 freshmen and maybe a JUCO, and then have a bunch of open slots for next season too. You'll be terrible next season but might have more upside later on if you go this way.
Either way, I think the most important thing is to get freshmen with a ton of potential. Even if their starting values or WE are low, doesn't matter too much - you can give them playing time right away and watch them grow.
Good luck. Feel free to sitemail me or any other vets if you have more questions.
