Any help on this is appreciated, as it might help clear up some things for Coaches in beta.

Season #1
Games 1-26: Scouting for Season 2 players
Games 20-26 Recruiting for Season 2 players
Games 24-26 Signings for Season 2 players

Season #2

Rescinding of scholarships...this is where we're at now in beta and where I need some direction. I had 0 openings. I cut two players, 2 openings. I went into my recruiting pages, found two guys I liked and for minimal effort have them very interested. Now, will they be on my Season 2 roster? I feel kind of silly asking that question after these many seasons of play, but I'm trying my hardest to understand this part of the update. Any help in devising a season timeline for folks would be appreciated.

If they sign with you during the 2nd period, yes, they will be on your roster next season like whoever you recruited and signed (if any) during the first signing phase

Thanks dacj501, appreciate it. My comprehension of all the changes has been stunted by my own stubbornness. Looking forward to furthering my update education as much as I can.

Now that that's been answered, can one safely assume that after the second recruiting period we continue onto the regular season like we normally would?

My mind is slowly changing on the whole process. My next season at Coker in Knight won't help me any, as I have no open scholarships to fill, but gathering and understanding the info is so huge step for me...a former Prophet of Doom.
