NuHD Roll Out = New Recruit Gen? Topic

I posted this in another thread but thought it may get lost with all of the forum activity today.

Does anyone know if each world is going to get a new recruit generation when the update rolls out? Coaches that had carryover (which is eliminated in nuHD) have already done their scouting. Is the recruit gen going to change when the world updates to prevent them from starting with an unfair advantage?

The transition gets made after the current recruiting cycle ends, so you will recruit that crop under the old system, then new recruits for the new engine

Starting with Wooden, there will be no point not to spend your entire recruiting budget as the new system will not have any carry over. So other than Phelan/Tark/Naismith who are in recruiting right now, Senior Transfers aren't as valuable as they were previously unless you plan to actually play them and hopefully you don't end up with a season where you aren't recruiting anyone (as the playoff rollover won't carry over to new system).

Ah, ok. So every world will recruit under HD 2.0 one more time and then start recruiting in-season for 3.0 once the 2.0 recruiting period ends then?
