We're there any changes made to the differences between low/high and high/high potentials in 3.0? Had a guy that started as green in Per, gained 5 points, and went to blue, meaning I'll get 25-26 points of growth instead of 28+. I realize it's only a difference of a couple of points but was wondering if there was a change I missed.

The change point from Green to Blue is precisely 28 remaining. No change whatsoever. If he gained 5, then turned blue, his cap is precisely 33 over the initial rating.

Huh. Do you mean started green and changed to black.

I've got a kid green at 72. Are they rounding up to 72? Is he going to max out at 101? Who is John Galt? Thoughts?

The change point is 28 (like the boiling point of water). 27.9 is blue; 28.01 is green. Someone convinced me that numbers are probably shown truncated, not rounded. However, I have the feeling the code may be doing both now, depending on where you look. So, the underlying numbers are right, but the on-screen representation may not be. That's the best explanation I've got.

Oh...in short, 100. Also, was Galt the architect or the other one?
