How much recruiting $ do I get? The sim didn't sign anyone in the first round and has 5 seniors leaving. I can't tell if the sim spent money already (and lost out) or if the sim didn't spend any money at all.

No you get all money for open spots. But you're stuck with players signed in 1st session
