If I'm a div 3 team recruiting a div 2 player and his interest is MODERATE. Can he eventually sign off this? or will it have to go to VERY HIGH first? I have a lot of attention points on them, but they don't seem to be moving from MODERATE. Or should I be sending them campus visits? Do I need to be putting a lot more effort in because I'm a level below? I'm the only one on them right now.

Is it unrealistic as a first season coach, to target 4 out of 4 div 2 players?

If no one from a higher division jumps in, you'll get him without battle in the 2nd session. It's probably good for D3s to be looking primarily at D2 recruits with no other humans on them. There are some decent D3 players, as before, but most of the best players available to you will be "pulled down" from higher divisions.

1. If you recruit one level up .. The max they can go in the first recruiting session is MODERATE. At the beginning of the 2nd session they can go higher.

2. You can not sign a recruit from one level up in the first session .. you can go to MODERATE and wait for the second session.

3. If someone from the recruits actual division starts recruiting them, they can sign them in the first session .. SO it is a RISK to recruit one level up, as your guys can get stolen by upper level teams (as it should be :D)
