What is the minimum reputation to get a D+ or C- DI job?

Reputation? Are you moving from D2 or D1? It is programmed to depend on the school. Ivy requires better than UNLV, etc. If you are planning on moving up, then you need to avoid doing things that hurt your reputation. That's fairly clear.

Job applications are evaluated on Loyalty (how frequently or recently you've changed jobs); Reputation (did you fulfill promises, cut players that you recruited, lost players to academic ineligibility); Win-loss record (past 10 seasons weighted toward the more recent); and tournament appearances/performance (same). Notice that I doubt sincerely that your school's current prestige is a direct impact on it. All that gets evaluated against the school's prestige & preferences. That's why you are often eligible for one C- school, but not another, for instance.

A+ Loyalty
B+ Reputation
2 NTs, 1 first and 1 second--Should get another birth and even another NT win this year.
School has A- prestige, should get to A by end of year.

Will I be OK for a C- or D+ MAC?

Doubtful. Maybe some other conferences, but the MAC seems a bit of a stretch with your rep. I could be wrong though.

The thing with Rep is that it doesn't go up until the start of the next season, so you won't get a bump on it unless you stay at the current school.
