Coaching Logic.......AGAIN Topic

I didn't have a chance to renew last night and upon waking up I realized I've lost my Boise State team that I spent one season at. I simply check out the available jobs and I realize not only have other coaches applied for it already BUT NOW I'M NOT QUALIFIED?

You're jumping the shark WIS. I'm finished.

There is a warning for quite a while that you haven't renewed first …

They give you 7 to 10 physical days warning. The part of other people being all over the team does not bother me.
BUT it troubles me that the logic makes you ineligible to apply for your old position (or for that fact teams same prestige level).

You didn't have a chance to renew .. you had the whole season to renew. Not only do they put it in red letters at the top right of the screen .. they even tell you how many available seasons you have. This is totally on you. Not anyone else's fault.

If you send in a ticket, and if no one has yet been accepted, they will likely give you back your team.

WRT job qualifications, If your performance at that job is average or lower (and this could be because of a long term strategy that includes starting Freshman, etc) .. it makes sense that you were qualified when you took the job, but not after having it for a while. That said, I think the quals need to be more relaxed in general.

Your best bet is to put in a ticket and you might be able to get the job back. But don't blame WIS because you didn't renew.

I'd send in a ticket. But if other coaches have applied for it, then you are out of luck - not sure you can blame this one on them. I'd just check the renewals more frequently, and if it says "Not renewed" in red letters at the top of the screen, be sure to renew before the deadline.

They did used to send an email, so if that is not happening now, that would be a good thing to add in to 3.0. It was like "Hey Coach, I notice you have not renewed your coaching license for next year.

Well, or make sure you have auto-renew checked and always keep at least a couple of available seasons.

I always try to keep a 4 or 5 more available seasons than I have teams personally.

Its called personal accountability. The millennials should try it.

Toon : open a ticket they'll fix it once. But for it to not happen again put your team on auto-renew.
