I don't remember for sure and the Knowledge Base isn't telling me:

If I trade a fatigued player to another team, is he reset to zero percent fatigue?

Nearly sure the answer is yes, always. But, completely sure is better.

Previous usage does not matter. The new owner gets a player considered to have used a prorated portion of his available PA or pitches. Fatigue for the new owner is then calculated moving forward using that prorated baseline.
