Here is another suggestion, I do no know where you all are looking , because I have seen many real good suggestions since seble left, waste away on the vine.

The way transfers is nice (they notify you via email), but this needs to be expanded a bit. Currently I have two teams recruiting high number (one nine, and one seven). I have found it nearly impossible to find upperclassmen. This solution would help with EE problem too.

Have transfer players also notify any team recruiting six or more openings too (in addition to close by teams).

And one more. Do away with level one ratings crap! Giving broad brush ratings is a time waster, and I still cannot figure out how you can get F defense rating for guards just because the BLK-LP are 1, and the actual DEF is 75....how can that average an F. This has got to go, and is as bad as the Assistant visits that keep telling you your player get beaten off the dribble, and all you want to know is he can rebound (and get that same answer 26 times in 2.0).

Give every player level 2 ratings, but hide all preferences. When you pay that level one money to recruit, all it exposes is the preferences. That way you still maintain the four recruiting levels, but help all of us decide who to go after.

How about you scout the guys you want those rating on to level 2. We get lots of scouting cash. The whole point is that you don't atuomatically know everyone's ratings and it takes effort and guys fall through the cracks. That is a major goal of the updated recruiting system.

They do need to even out the time frames a bit and allow some protected non signing time to session 2, etc. But I don't want every recruit known by everybody with no effort. They way it works now .. people can put in effort and find diamonds in the rough that others have not found. .

Another suggestion. Allow the AP's to be played with between part one and part two recruiting. I mean if you have players already recruited, allow the number to be changed during this "intersession period". Does not have effect, but allows you to hit the first cycle with your points ready. Would also help with the EE impact, if you start announcing intent before rollover.

hey wvufan, there is a long first cycle window at the beginning of Period 2... 8am to 5pm, to redistribute resources... or were you saying that some AP's should be issued during Intermission?
