When does this start changing from neutral to a positive or negative based on your play? I see on any recruits I look at right now it is neutral whether I run that O/D or not.

I haven't paid attention to if it switches after your first game is played or not, but it definitely kicks in after a couple of games have been played, well before in season recruiting starts
