Purely coincidental, I'm sure, but I played zone last night and all my freshmen bumped a spot up in zone. But I am running 25m of practice in it. Just seemed odd after I tried it after reading this thread.

You go from F to D- after a practice or two. You go from D- to D after about 4 or 5 more. With a WE above 30 or so and at least 20 minutes of practice time you'll be at B- at the end of the season.
