I'd love to see how a full Mid Major conference can do in 3.0. Right now, the MWC in Crum has 7 coaches, but Colorado State's coach is coming back which would make 8 teams. Are there 4 of you out there that would want to give this a shot? With all of the Big 6 openings, I think it's possible that the MWC would have a great shot at becoming a dominant conference.

One of the teams is Utah, which has a high baseline prestige - best in the conference. Plus, Utah usually has very nice recruit generation.

Looks like we are down to two openings. It shows four, but one coach is coming back to Colorado State, and another coach has applied to several schools. If we can get two more coaches to join, it will be full, and we have quality coaches. Hope maybe two more of you will join.
