Anyone know how a Sim team handles recruiting in period 2 after a coach of that same team recruits that same player in period 1? Does the Sim continue to pursue that player? And if that's the case, does it put any more additional recruiting effort into recruiting that player?

In 3.0 Sim's do continue to pursue, and as far as I can tell there is little difference between the Sim tactics during period one, versus period two. I am curious mainly about whether they choose new targets if an original target is signed? Anybody know, or have observations?
