Sorry if this question has been asked a million times. I searched the forums but couldn't find an answer. If I have filled my openings and am interested in signing another player, do I have to rescind a scholarship from one of my players first or can I just sign him and then cut a guy before 11pm tonight? Thanks for the info, I appreciate the help...

You'd have to cut a player before you could sign another player.

And if you cut a guy recruited by SIM and not you, you get recruiting money and attention points.
