Relative Value of Recruiting Actions Topic

Compared to HV's, It requires about 2.3 times the effort to unlock CV's and 1.2 times the effort to unlock starts and minutes.

Those were always my general values of the actions as well.

Did the recruiting value of these actions not change in 3.0? I assumed the value of starts and CV was going to increase but I don't think they did.

One thing about Minutes is that if the guy wants 'to play' then you get a bonus for minutes every turn (you get the initial effort for minutes, then you get a High or Very High preference for the promised minutes every turn thereafter as a preferences modifier to every other effort).

As far as value of the others, your guess is as good as anyone else's :)

I thought starts had an increased impact in 3.0 (trying to remember from a seble post in beta). My assumption was CVs were worth more as well since a recruit could only accept 5 of them but I don't have anything to back that up.
