When recruiting, do the shooting percentages have any bearing on how well they will do in college? Or is it strictly based on ratings? I ask because I've seen some with low ratings for PE and LP but shoot Over 40% for 3's and 60% on FG's overall. Just curious if anyone has any thoughts on that.

I thinks it's still just for show, no bearing. Previously FT% was useful but I haven't checked since 3.0

Free throw percentage is the only recruiting shooting percentage that is relevant.
Other than that, ratings is king.
Always remember that ATH and DEF are both extremely important.
So all of this in 3.0 is the same as in 2.0.

Right, the letter rating has been added in 3.0, which reflects the FT% number.
I still like to go by the number provided because it's such an specific and reliable indicator.
So, the FT% is still important (and still the only HS % number that is relevant, along with GPA).
