How does the 11 PM cycle work to close the season? Will a recruit sign if all attention points are on him and he is a moderate interest (only school listed) but is not recruited enough to offer a scholarship? Or does the 11 PM cycle allow one more recruiting chance prior to season rollover? To complicate further, it would need to include a scholarship revocation and then a last minute signing...... I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure scholarships have be offered before 11. If you can't offer a scholarship you can't get the kid. If he is projected at your level you can offer one the last day with no other attention.

If it's Crum with recruiting ending in an hour and you can't offer a scholarship I don't think you can get him.
