How does promising minutes to an ineligible player work? If they end up on your roster and cannot play for the year but you have promised them minutes, do they get upset?

BUT, watch out for what division you are in - at DIII the standards to play are less than DI - check FAQ

AND, watch out especially during phase one of recruiting - they can take the SAT and qualify - and THEN the promise binds. Not often, but can happen.
