If you change jobs/drop a team and a sim takes over, does the sim continue with your recruiting in round 2 or abandon everything?

The answer to this is that the sim does pick up where you left them (and gives you no credit, even for guys you signed in period 1). Simmy went on to sign all the D1s I targeted. I didn't have time for another team, but if anyone's interested they are Bryant in Phelan.

If you offered scholarships in cycle 1, the sim may end up getting the guys... but my chestnut hill team just totally abandoned 4 quality D2 players for 4 crappy D3 players in Rupp. And it's not because they got pushed off by better teams
