I thought the latest late signing for a recruit with a late signing preference was the last cycle of the last day of the 1st signing period. Is that not the case?

Just went back and read where recruits with late recruiting preference will not sign until the 2nd signing period! My bag!

I have sure made a mess of this recruiting season! I don't know if I am more frustrated with the new system or myself!!! Time will tell.
