Low Rating High Potential Topic

Is there a reason for ratings under 10 but in green improving so slow? I can understand ratings close to 100 slowing down. But a rating that low just means there is more room for improvement, especially if you have high/high in potential. Wasn't this going to be fixed a long time ago?

Same goes for work ethic. I think some recruits with a work ethic under 10 would be more appealing if they could improve at the same rate as a player with a WE in his 40s and 50s.

I don't ever remember them saying they were going to fix it, I thought it was a feature not a bug.

I don't see a problem with it, ****** shooters need more work to learn the technique, once they learn it they become better faster.

I don't know, maybe give the option to increase practice minutes then without imposing a practice penalty.

I don't know if I agree with that. *** shooters are still going to be **** shooters. Even if they go from 8 to 18, they are still going to be ****. But the highest rate of improvement is usually at the beginning of the learning curve.
