Question regarding the different colors. Green, as I understand it, is 28+. This is an average I'm sure but what is the max anyone has seen? I've seen someone's recruit go from a 14 LP to 91! I'm guessing this is not common?

this guy started at 18 PER green and is now 61 PER still green... I'm a newbie but I'm hoping he reaches close to his potential by conference games next year...

Get guys with high work ethic, start/play them a lot early, and put 25 practice mins on categories you want to rise/max out asap.
