How much is a scholarship worth converted to attention points to be able to unlock a start and minutes? Anyone know?

For example, if it took me 50 points to unlock a scholarship and if I'm sitting at 40% for unlocking start/minutes. Then say I just offered a scholarship with no attention points in the next cycle. How close would it get me to unlocking both starts/minutes.

I'm not sure if scholarships have a value that affects that, but

If it did it would be a case to case basis, since unlock actions is a function of AP so while a scholarship offer could be 50 AP if it had an equivalent, it would then depend on how many AP are needed to unlock start/minutes since you can find out what you need by calculating AP used/percent unlocked (50 AP/0.34) to see that you need 148(round up) total AP to unlock that action and would need 98 more since you already had the 50 processed.
