Does anyone have an example of a player with a work ethic of 1 best case scenario. Thinking of player with several Very High potential attributes with a 1 work ethic. Thanks.

If you take this player, don't expect him to develop even if you start him. He will basically be the same as a Senior. I now don't go for players Under 30 WE, normally 40 WE, if the player don't have the core attributes I am looking for to start his frosh year.

Check this guy out, he has 7 WE. He took 24 points. He played 3.2 minutes his frosh year, 10.9 soph and now will get around 6 minutes. If I had started him, his WE would have been higher and he probably would sit on a 30 to 32 improvement. Ask Trenton about this, he did all the experiment.

Not for D1 Big Six. He is good for low D1 and D2, really awesome for D3. But I took him because I needed depth and never thought he'd played more than 3 minutes... I lost three EES two seasons ago and two were my starting PF/C. So he sees more minutes than expected.

I will bump a thread for a 1 WE guy I tracked years ago.

It should be noted that 1 WE is totally different that a 7. Seven's will get to a 17-20 in WE if they start for 4 years. A one 1 WE won't ever get passed 3 or 4.

Thanks trentonjoe, Your 1 vs 7 comment is consistent with what I was noticing. Signed a guy with many very high potentials but a 1 in WE, he is usable already in D2, it was hoping for 10 other improvements in his very high cores.

Ton of starts for me. Probably best case scenario as far as point increases.
