Player Profile: Theo Reese - Hardball Dynasty Baseball | WhatIfSports Take him through the minors one level each year? Call him up to the show and play him as much as possible? I guess I don't really understand two things: one, how does patience work? Does overall rating play into it? Two, why do some guys seem to improve less at ML than at AAA, all else being equal? Is that a flawed impression that I have?

I think it only makes sense that those owners with more than 137 wins in any given season or a > 0.678 career win% should be allowed to respond. He is clearly on another level than us mere mortals.
