Sorry if someone has asked this before:
I'm wondering why transfers scouting ratings 1 come with F's all across the board but are transfers from DI and DII schools?! After I scout them I can see their actual ratings, I don't understand why I have to scout transferred players. Do those players only message certain coaches? That could be an unfair advantage if I was located near a D1 school.

"1. You don't really need to scout transfers. If you click on their old team, you can go to the game log, pop open a box score and look at their stats and how much they improved."
