In DII, I have had teams that were 5 then 2 then 6 then 4 seeds. The 5 seed lost in the first round. The two seed beat a horrible team in overtime in the first round then lost in the second round to a seven seed. My 6 seed, which was by far my best team, won in the first round a lost to a TERRIBLE, I repeat TERRIBLE 14 seed in the second round. Now this year, 4 seed N.W Nazarene shoots 15-29 from the line a gives up double digit rebounds to a 56 rebound PF en route to losing by ten points when favored by 11. We beat this team by 22!!!!! earlier in the year. No sense.

However, in the PI my Weber St team literally has had no rhyme or reason to the results crushing and smashing teams they should lose to by 20.

Alright, now I have a 4 seed in DI and I play a STACKED 13 seed sim that not only beats me by double digits but goes to the Final Four! I beat a 13 seed on the other side of the bracket by 17!

Sorry for the frustration rant guys.

If you want bad luck; how about 0nly being a 2 seed and playing the 15th seeded Dickinson lol!!! Saw that loss coming from a mile away, brutal luck.

Oh yeah terrible draw. Not too many 15 seeds out there with 60 ath/def.

I can't recall ever seeing 7 guys foul out. 7 damn guys.

Wow that sucks. The hard thing about my luck is I have been the higher seed in all 6 tourney games and am 2-4.

Dickinson just pulled off another 15 over 2 seed upset in Phelan. Wow.

It's not really luck. I don't mean to be harsh but you may be better at building a schedule that produces a high seed than building a team that wins in the NT.

Many very good coaches (like Myers) don't care about the regular season so much so they start low WE players, or schedule suboptimally.

Teams that schedule real well or play in mostly human conferences tend to be "over seeded".

Here would have been my projections for my teams:

5 seed: Second Round (knocked out in first)
2 Seed: Sweet 16 (knocked out in second)
^^ I scheduled and game planned really hard core these two years
6 seed: Elite 8 (knocked out in second by 14)
^^ By far my best team. I didn't gameplan at all until the NT this year
4 seed: 50/50 second round/sweet 16 (knocked it in first)
^^ only game planned for NT and conference final


Hooefully this can change because in 3.0 I think I'm a lot better a team building than game planning.
