I can't seem to retain a Junior player once his position rating exceeds about 82, yet I see there are 25 players with position ratings above 85 in Div 1 of my world. I checked several of them and their ratings going into the season were well above 82. There was a thread recently that indicated that changing player positions could reduce your EE selections. Anyone have any info on this or any other retention techniques?

It seems to be random. But who knows, gamers find loopholes.

When the feature was introduced, Seble was adamant that changing a players listed position would have no affect on their odds of leaving early.
