I'm having the same problem in Tark too. I've got seasons remaining and have renewed for next year as well. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong spot?

Are you looking at the Manage roster page under Coaching? On that page it should list your players and show "Rescind scholarship" out to the side if it's the time of the season when you can do that.

Yep, nothing there. Sent a ticket this morning but of course it hasn't been answered yet. Not even to the "pending" stage yet either. Not like we're dealing with a time sensitive matter or anything.....
