I would love some feedback and comments on next steps, such as moving to DII or staying at Nazareth.

Not the biggest deal in the world but Naz has a jacked up team structure. Way too many bigs and basically only 1 guard. Its fixable but I'd just move on to D2 if I were you.

Good point Benis. I am looking at it another way though.
I would stay and improve the resume. All sim conference with enough players returning to repeat. Bring in a player or two to make a difference then leave after next season. I can't see many D2 schools offering such an easy path to the NT in the upcoming season.
